The secretary console module is for secretary to manage incoming calls.

- Transferred from IVR(auto-attendant)

At the console, secretary can:
- Greet the caller according to the company information
- Search for a suitable staff member to transfer the call to or deposit the message
- Transfer the call to the staff member's phone or voice mail
- Leave a text message and send as E-mail to the staff
